Payment

All accounts are required to be paid on the day of the consultation.

We accept the following methods of payment:

DVA Referral
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Referral / Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Referral: We DO NOT bulk bill this referral.
- There is a $68.90 travel and administrative fee per appointment.
Home Care Packages (HCP) Referral: From your nominated organisation
Support At Home Referral: From your nominated organisation
National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS) Referral: Self managed or plan managed referrals

Private healthcare can be used towards podiatry visit.

All invoices will need to be paid in full at the time of service and an invoice will be provided to you to claim back via your chosen health fund.

We understand certain situations arise and you will sometimes have to cancel your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees and allow us to help others.

If an appointment has been booked and confirmed. Failure to be at home when a podiatrist attends will result in a cancellation fee of $20.00.
